Jerusalem artichoke soup with wild mushroom tortellini and white truffle oil
Home cured salmon gravlax and crayfish salad with avocado puree
Duck and chicken liver parfait with toasted brioche and red onion marmalade
Caramelized onion and feta cheese tartlet with dressed salad and cranberry compote
Spiced poached plum with blackcurrant sorbet (£2.50 per head)
Roast goose breast with goose fat potatoes, braised Savoy cabbage & bacon
with sweet port sauce
Braised brisket of beef on horseradish mash with crushed root vegetables, honey roasted parsnips and red wine sauce

Sam's of Brighton Christmas menu is available 1st – 24th December 2008 and throughout January 2009 for those late celebrations.
Normal serving hours - Tues to Sat: 12pm to 3pm and Monday to Sat: 6pm to 10.30pm. Sun: 12.30pm to 4pm
Christmas day, Boxing day, 27th Dec and New Years Day: closed
Groups of 9 and below may choose from the Christmas menu or the a la carte menu. Groups of 10 and above will be requested to choose from the Christmas menu. Terms and conditions apply.
Service not included for tables of 5 or less
An optional 12% service charge will be added tables of 6 or more. Some dishes may contain nuts
Local produce is sourced where possible from the surrounding Sussex and Kent farms and fisheries, much of which is organic and GM free. The herbs are picked from the restaurant’s own herb garden that is a feature of the Summer Terrace.
Our superb value two-course lunch menu for £10 (excluding Sunday) changes daily and we always feature a classic Sunday roast for Sunday Lunch. We offer a children’s menu before 6pm.
A carefully selected international wine list compliments the dishes depending on the occasion. There’s a choice of excellent house recommendations plus a handpicked range of fine wines and champagnes for that special celebration.
Our classic cocktails are prepared using premium spirits and fresh fruit.
