Sam's of Brighton is a family-owned restaurant in the heart of Kemp Town 'village' in Brighton.  We are located between the Brighton Pier and the Marina and just a few steps off the seafront at 1 Paston Place.   We serve classic yet creative dishes made from the best seasonal ingredients (local where possible).  Our menu is ever changing and features a number of black board specials.

Monday:      DINNER ONLY 6pm - 10pm

Tues - Fri:   LUNCH 12 - 3pm, DINNER 6pm - 10pm

Saturday:    BRUNCH / LUNCH 10am - 3pm, DINNER 6pm - 10pm

Sunday:       BRUNCH / LUNCH 10am - 4pm

Following the success of our flagship restaurant Sevendials Restaurant we opened Sam's of Brighton in January 2008. Our aim is to dish up the same superb quality food but in a less formal setting.

The menu is refreshingly unpretentious and ever changing, featuring many classic British dishes with the focus on quality seasonal ingredients.  The wine list is concise and affordable and has been carefully designed to include some truly ‘stand out’ bottles alongside other classic food matched choices. Many of the wines are available by the glass.
